    Game version: Retail 
    Bartender version: 4.14.4 Release version for Game Version 10.0.2

     

    if you press and hold any mouse button, and then press and hold a keyboard button bound to an action button, and then release the mouse button, the action button is de-selected and does not cast when you release the keyboard button. 

     

    Current workaround: Enable "Toggle actions on key press instead of release"
