Status Tracking Bar / Experience Bar - forced keep on screen? #2116

    Since the last patch I cannot move my XP Bar / Status Tracking bar all the way to the bottom of my screen anymore.
    Whatever I try it always stops about 5 Pixel short. No matter what anchor I choose it will not go lower than this anymore.

    It almost feels like a "keep on screen" option is forced enabled somewhere, so I don't "accidently" drag it offscreen.

     

    Any ideas?
