How to make the Bars Strata the highest #2132

    Is there a way for the Bartender buttons be the highest Strata?

     

    When I have the Scrolling Combat Text for self ON, then the all the text goes over the Buttons making it difficult to see them - is there a way to have the buttons strata top most so the text goes underneath the bar?
