I am using the "Modern Art, Classic Interface" preset of bartender4.

With the new patch 10.1, the quest window appears behind the right outer action bars. Disabeling and enabaling the bars don't fix the problem. The Arena and Boss window are also affected. The "talking head" and the cast bar, too. But this problem is handable.

Can you please fix this? Thanks =)

I am using the default Bartender interface style.  The same happens on my alts, but only when bartender is loaded. 

[nb I have shifted the quest log to the left using WoW Edit Mode, not sure if this is an issue or not.

Yes, that helps. I switched the quest log to the left and reduced its size to fit in
