Action on key release can't be changed #2210

    I am playing Wow Classic Sod and I have tried everything to change my actions to be on key press instead of key release. I have tried this command and it doesn't work /console ActionButtonUseKeyDown 0. I have tried turning off bartender4 and turning it back on, logging out, turning the button lock on and off and it doesn't change anything. All my spells are activated when I release the key even though my buttons are locked (when they are locked they should be on key press). Can anyone find another solution?
