Status tracking bar extending past frame #2268

    As noted on https://github.com/Nevcairiel/Bartender4/issues/163

     

    The status tracking bar can't be adjusted in any way other than scale.  Adjusting the width just adjusts the outline and marks, the actual bars remain the same size

     

    This still persists into TWW
