Mouseover casting not working #2277

    I am using cell + Bartender but mouseover casting does not work.
    I have the ingame setting enabled, have bt4 mousover casting modifiers enabled and state config enabled for my bars and still not working.

    I am having this issue as well. Narrowed the issue down to having Bartender enabled. Mouse-over casting broken since the most recent game update.
