Spell triggering while dragging them on action bar #2279

    Hi,
    When "toggle actions on key press instead of release" is enabled, the spells always trigger when dragging them on the action bars. Even when "button lock" is enabled and I have to hold shift to drag them from A to B. I don't understand why it does that and it's super annoying when moving consumable on the action bars. Especially expensive one...
