    What steps will reproduce the problem?
    1. Install Alpha version on PTR
    2. Go into configuration

    What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
    Expected: Bars 1-10, bag bar, pet bar, exp, reputation, stance, Micro Menu, Vehicle, and the Extra Action bar, then presets, profiles, and faq
    Actual: Bars 1-10, Presets, Profiles, FAQ

    What version of the product are you using?
    4.4.19-5-g3ec39e4
