What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. could not exactly tell you. In the instance of this error i was in a 5 man group that queued for random instances. I eventually left the instance group but was still in the normal group.

2x [ADDON_ACTION_FORBIDDEN] AddOn "BetterQuest" tried to call the protected function "UseQuestLogSpecialItem()".
