Disable addon until updated #21

    In times like this, with pre-patch going strong, a lot of add-ons start spamming errors until they recieve their patch update.
    For this, it would be great if there was a way to flag add-ons as "buggy" and have them permanently disabled until they get updated.
    Something like grabbing their version when they are marked, and then checking if it's changed and re-enable them.
