suppose I could update this bad boy a bit.
-update spell ids for alerts and cc
-use INSTANCE_CHAT for LFG stuff
-show all 8 buff types in the buff window (making the consumable panel pretty lonely) and other refactoring
-fix dynamic raid group checking
