Fubar_ChannelWatchFu remade for Broker/Libwho-2.0/Ace3

Broker_ChannelWatch watches channels you are in and creates a tooltip with the players currently in each channel. You can select which channels you want to watch.

Click options:

Player line:

click = whisper
shift-click = who
alt-click = invite

Channel line:

right click = quit watching channel

Well, we might have a problem, but anyways, I've got it too. 1.97 still worked for me before the patch, but I upgraded today again and it still has the error Yelina and others describe. Did you change anything in the display since 1.97?

Oh and as soon as I move my DockingStation away from the top, it works... Resolution: 1920x1200. I tried to set max frame height to 0, 1500 and some settings in between, without results...

You guys must have some other issue going on. I just tried it with titan panel on the top of the screen and it worked absolutely perfect.

Hi,

I have the same mistake as Yelina2, I think the height of the tooltip frame is function of the vertical position of the broker addon: at bottom it's ok, to the top I only see some parts of the tooltip borders and the slider.

Well only when i don't put that part of caroussel on top of my screen but at a free space somewhere on my screen. But I rather have it on top where all my addons are :)

Sorry for the late response.
I'm using StatblockCore and I had the block with Broker_Channelwatch at the top of my screen in the middle.
By accident I moved the 'block' and suddenly I saw the ppl in the channel.
So now I have putted it in Caroussel. One I'm using too. I did put it there cause I have one 'caroussel' not at the top of my screen. And now I can see the ppl in the channel when mousing over your addon.
And I'm not aware of changing default tooltip anchoring or something.
All other addons are working fine on top of my screen, and I have a lot :)
Reading you question again. I don't know if this answers your question.
I'm using Bartender for my bars, but I don't think that causes it. They are on the bottom anyway.

What bar mod are you using? I can move the dockingstation bar anywhere on the screen and the tooltip repositions itself properly? Did you change the default tooltip anchoring options of whichever bar mod?

Yeahh. I found what was the cause of not seeing anything from the addon
I had the addon on top of my screen, in the middle.
Tonight by accident I putted it on the middle op my screen, and at that moment I could see the 'stuff'.
As soon as I place it a bit higher again, I can't see anything anymore.

So there is something not correct I think.
I suppose it should be possible to see the things when mousing over, also when it is on top of the screen.
I hope you will look into it, cause the addon in the middle of my screen isn't the nicest place :)

Around May 18th, I posted the bug I had with Broker_Channelwatch.
I used version 1.97 from that time on.
I tried the newer versions once in a while, but still not working right.
And also the latest version isn't working.
And my problem is that since last week or so the 1.97 version doesn't work either anymore.
I don't get errors or something, the addon just doesn't do anything.
I can't see anything when I mouse over, only vaguely some borders of a scroll area.
So I hope someone can give me a clue what could be the problem?
Or maybe give me a name from another addon which shows the custom channels you're in?

sometimes /who doesnt work after a some time running this mod..? maybe an issue with wim.. (both using wholib?)

going over to a no-lib version of this addon, i get the following error message, captured by bugsack :/

i've manually added the lib to the folder, as well as making sure it's present in the actual \\interface\addons folder, but still get this error ...

any ideas on how to fix it ??
