    - Added item currencies "Halaa Battle Token," "Halaa Research Token," and "Apexis Crystal" (Outland version)
    - Moved Tol Barad Commendations to the PVP_CURRENCY_IDS group.
    - Split the different currency types into distinct groups in the configuration UI.
    - Split currencies into ordered group tables. ORDERED_CURRENCY_IDS is now built from the ordered table of these groups.
    - Another constant rename.
    - Killed unnecessary header.
    - Constant renames for clarity.
