Tagging v0.1

Starfox:
    - Color names in the listview by follower.quality
    - iLevel if 100, else Level
    - Remove highmaul missions stuff
    - SetCellColor green if you got at least one, red if you don't
    - On click color the tooltip matrix showing you if you got the '7 followers for 100% highmaul missions', cycling through the 3 solutions
    - Fix more naming stuff
    - Fix one variable being global. Fix DB variabl name
    - Learn how to spells Broker
    - Switch from all addonname. Comment out yet unused code
    - Commit initial files
