Starfox:
    - Option to fill the % column for non-epic followers too, showing the chance of getting a new combo when they upgrade to epic
    - When hovering a follower portrait add the reroll% if it's an epic follower and the %chance of getting a new combo if it's a non-epic one

    - Option to set tooltip background color
    - Force a redraw when options affecting tooltip display are changed
    - Option to only fill the top right half of the matrix tooltip with values. Fix Warlocks with 2x Time Battle being counter twice
    - Destruction and Demonology Warlock specs have timed battle twice in their possible counters
    - Make list tooltip also update when a followerxpchange event fires or options are changed around
