    - Make follower portrait hovertooltip work with not-collected followers
    - Whoops those variables should be outside that if
    - When listing followers with a certain x/y combo from clicking the matrix also show their rerollpercent
    - Add missing specIDs
    - When things turn out to be nil on follower upgrade, parse the follower list and try again
