BuffEnough:
- fixed missing AceTimer-3.0 lib
- tightened up config a bit:
 * cleaned up some localization and command line properties
 * things that affect the buff check will now properly trigger a check when the config value is changed
 * pet configuration is a separate group that now only shows for hunters/warlocks
- added configuration option for warlocks with Demonic Sacrifice talent
- BuffEnough now checks pets for raids buffs with configurable option
- pet buffs should properly trigger auto-checks now
- changed check for warlock imp pet phase shift so that it checks for the actual buff instead of auto-cast enable
- added configuration option for not displaying BuffEnough while solo
- changed blessing priority for paladins when solo so they made a little more sense (what do you mean you don't want salv while solo questing?)
