Don't ReqDep on BugGrabber any more but simply print a huge warning when you log in if it can't be found. Users don't look at the addon window at the character selection screen anyway, so the dependency listing there is useless.

Make the sack a UI panel so that we can easily close it with the Esc key. Not sure if this is a good idea or not, we'll see.

* Make sure the LDB only displays session bugs.
* Update the english locale file, translations are welcome now.
