    What steps will reproduce the problem?

    What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

    What version of the product are you using?

    Do you have an error log of what happened?
    system hung so i could not copy error log

    I've been unable to reproduce this issue.

    Have you tested with no other addons loaded?

    Are you sure you're using the latest version?

    This appears to be a dupe of bug 23, but that one has more info about the error.
