    Fixed the following issues:
    * Hang when opening the send mail window with a lot of items in the send queu.
    * Hang when closing the mail UI with a lot of items in the send queue.
    * Wildy incorrect postage.
    * Incorrect recipient listed in send queue when editing the To: field.
