When editing the rule sets, and I wish to add items from my bags, and there are many items in my bags, the list of items can become so long that some items "fall off the bottom" and are not displayed.

Make that list pageable, or scrollable or otherwise navigable.

Yes it's possible to drop items from ones bags directly, but the existing feature seems flawed.  Perhaps that existing feature should be removed entirely, and a note can be added to remind the user about dropping an item into the list from their bag?

This really does kill me.

My workaround is when using ArkInventory I can enter edit mode, click on an item and select 'Debug' for the item ID. Bulk Mail accepts those IDs.
