BunchOfBars:
- Replaced the HealEstimate module by a VisualHeal module (using LibHealComm-3.0). Babble-Spell-2.2 is still in there because DogTag-1.0 needs it, and LibDogTag-2.0 does not look like a drop-in replacement, so will need some additional work to get rid of the legacy code.
