main.lua Hook CalendarNewEvent too for our OpenEvent callback
mass-select.lua Fix error when making a new event, the list-update event fires before our callbacks.

Make another (hopefully temporary) callback, as the sorters-modules' list update has to fire before any others if it's there, so it can fix the invite-indices
