What is the enhancement in mind? How should it look and feel?
The addon should look in officer notes of the players and populate the tank/dps/healer information if it exists in some preformatted text in the notes.

Please provide any additional information below.
I've been managing the same guild for 3+ years now and I was responsible for all the raid planning software we have used throughout this time. (using wowraidmanager now)

I've read the other comments and I would not really like to see a sharing module, unless one can disable it. On the other hand I think the officers should be able to see the situation of any in-game event on a role basis.

I have this suggestion:
Check the officer notes and look for special formatted text like {H/T} for healer/tank and if these exist, populate your addon with this data. This way no sync'ing is required and if someone does not want this feature, they just don't have to put these info in officer notes.

I am aware that this does not work for all possible uses of Calendar, but it is a nice enhancement anyway.

I've been planning on rewriting the sorting and role stuff one of these days, and I've not quite set in stone yet how it will work exactly, so I can't quite say if this would fit or work with it, but noted it down anyway. We'll see :)
