Cartographer:
- Also do WorldMapFrame:SetAttribute("UIPanelLayout-enabled, false) when removing the WorldMapFrame from UIPanel's control. As of late, this is the attribute that the UIPanel code looks at to determine if a frame is under its control.
Normally, this does not cause problems, but if the map is shown prior to Carto loading, these attributes get set. QuestHistory does a quick show+hide on startup, and hey presto, bug.
