Cartographer: Don't call self:MINIMAP_UPDATE_ZOOM() in OnEnable() because the CVARs aren't applied yet. MINIMAP_UPDATE_ZOOM gets fired automatically by wow when it applies the CVARs later. This fixes the issue where it resets the minimap zoom to 3 on a fresh login.
