What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Install Cartographer and replace LibRockConfig-1.0 with updated version to make it work (http://www.wowace.com/addons/librockconfig-1-0/)
2. Start WoW, enable out-of-date addons
3. Open quest log

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Immediately gives the error message pasted below.  Expected to see the small white icon next to quest objectives but they are missing.  Quest begin and end icons are present and seem to work alright.

Please provide any additional information below.

The WTF folder was deleted after the 3.2 patch, interface\addons was also cleaned out and all addons reinstalled.  Running the most current (as of Aug 5) versions of:

Bagnon/Combuctor
Cartographer
Dominos
OmniCC
Talented
Titan Panel

This issue resolved itself when the latest version of Cartographer was installed yesterday. Consider it closed.

I'm still getting these errors, even with the latest versions of both this (3.1.1) and Cartographer (r2329) From the Curse page comments I don't appear to be the only one either.
