Show a shield around the Target Castbar when the spell cannot be interrupted.
Make the bars wider by default (makes the icon on the shielded Target Castbar square!).
Hook only once, to avoid loosing the hook when entering configuration mode, causing some of the elements to not be properly rearranged until UI is reloaded.

Make the latency indicator work properly for channeled spells.
Move the latency indicator on top of the status bar so it is visible when channeling, and make it slightly translucent so it looks better and so the status bar does not disappear under it.
Make it possible to load on demand (using IsLoggedIn function).

Fixed a bug that caused the Vehicle Castbar to use it's own settings on startup even if it is merged with the Player Castbar.

Add option to select font for all castbars (Friz Quadrata TT by default).
Add option to select whether the font should be outlined (on by default).
Adjust the text position slightly so it appears more centered (up by one click), and move the timer closer to the edge.
Change the default design of the Player Castbar and the Mirror Timer Bars to use the Blizzard Tooltip border with 20% border brightness.
