Implement some simple counter-measures, making it more resilient to other addons attempting to move around the frames or sub elements of the frames. This includes, but is not limited to CT_Mod, Skinner and Titan bar.
Fix a bug that caused errors when the standard target/focus castbar on the blizzard target/focus frames were enabled.

Add configurable bar color. The default color is now "medium blue" instead of the standard yellow.
Make the non-interruptible color slightly darker (0.7 -> 0.6).

Reworked and simplified the Player/Vehicle/Pet Castbar configuration. The Pet Castbar is now a separate small bar that only shows spells cast by your current pet. The Player and Vehicle Castbars are now one bar that shows the spells cast by the player or the vehicle controlled by the player.
