Prevent other addons from modifying event registrations. This ensures compatibility with addons that try to disable the Blizzard cast bars by unregistering events.

Implement some simple counter-measures, making it more resilient to other addons attempting to move around the frames or sub elements of the frames. This includes, but is not limited to CT_Mod, Skinner and Titan bar.
Fix a bug that caused errors when the standard target/focus castbar on the blizzard target/focus frames were enabled.

Add configurable bar color. The default color is now "medium blue" instead of the standard yellow.
Make the non-interruptible color slightly darker (0.7 -> 0.6).
