Protect against an error that arise if there is no text on the default blizzard cast bar (seen in the Stolen Silver quest, where the chest does not have a text when opening).

Adapt to the changes Blizzard has made to the spell name system. Now, only replaces the "Channeling" text with the spellname and adds the target name (or item, when interacting with items) if a target name is available (only for spells that trigger UNIT_SPELLCAST_SENT).
