Remove tick information about Shaman Earthquake as it is no longer a channeled spell (as of 4.1).
Reworked the channel tick calculation to properly support the tick from the previous channel when recasting before it completes.

Split the latency into a queue zone indicator (dark red) and a latency indicator, making it easier to time chain casting. The ideal time to recast is just before the queue zone ends and the latency begins.
