Remove tick information about Shaman Earthquake as it is no longer a channeled spell (as of 4.1).
Reworked the channel tick calculation to properly support the tick from the previous channel when recasting before it completes.
Fix queuezone wrongly appearing outside the bar on first cast after login if it is a channeling cast.
