Improve the protection against addons that modify the CastingBarFrame. Specifically, these changes makes it possible to run Dominos (with Dominos_Cast enabled) without any conflicts.

Preload the spellbook array with spells that are known to not work with FindSpellBookSlotBySpellID. This makes the latency indicator show for them.
