Suggestions for replacement? #165

    Since this addon has been long abandoned, anyone have any good suggestion for a replacement addon?

    Been using this, up to 8.2 without any issues. But he's seems to be plagued by issues now.

    Would like something, that isn't to difficult to setup. I really appreciate the simplicity of this addon.

    Same here. The only alternative for me would be Quartz, But Quartz isn't that simple like CB.

    No real substitute afaik. Only option would be to find someone to take over the project. Xbeeps seems long gone sadly.

    I've been using Gnosis. It has a few glitches, but nothing game breaking. More cosmetic type things. Though it hasn't been updated since 2019 either.
