Added functionality: Spell cast source filters.
Added feature: Timers are now postfixed with (x) if a timer with the same name already exists [where x is an ever-increasing numeric value).
Bug fixed: Broadcast timer delay now properly counts down even if the timer is instantly broadcast.

Limit broadcasting to one timer every 2 seconds - anything faster is revented by boss mods' custom timer receiving handlers.
Queueing any timers queued during this period. Broadcasting most important timers (shortest duration) first.
