Talryn:
    - Update TOC for 6.0.
    - Force rebuild to pickup new AceDB.
    - Pass boolean to SetMovable to fix issues in WoD.
    - Some code cleanup and added some debugging.
    - Fix issue with name when a note is not found.
    - Fix two missed changes from self to NotesDB.
    - Update for 5.4.  Support realm names, connected realms, and the new chat changes.
