    What is the enhancement in mind? How should it look and feel?

    Wasn't sure under what to categorize, but since I use TipTac for tooltip enhancing, it would be nice if you could somehow (if even possible) to block the tooltips appearing when hovering over chat when someone is behind it. Provided a screenshot to show what I mean. Otherwise, great job! Please keep it updated!

    And to avoid confusion, the tooltip is anchored from the bottom right corner, meaning I hovered over chat and not on the edge(top corners of tooltip) of my panel.

    How about you disable the TipTac tooltip to be on your mouse cursor? This can't be fixed by Chatter...
