TotalRP causes duplicate messages #812

    When Total RP 3.0 is enabled along with Chatter, guild messages are doubled. This does not appear to apply to any sort of system messages. I have not thoroughly tested other sorts of messages, including whispers or say messages. This does not happen when only TotalRP is enabled.
