I have in mind a setup where you can create x numbers of bar anchors / frames in which the bars are anchored on and then define what buffs / debuffs you want where. Currently, ClassTimer uses a per-unit basis in which you can either merge them all into an all-in-one frame or have them per-unit. I ask to have an user-defined number of frames and define / filter buffs of units onto that later. An easy way is to implement multiple unit-id based bars and then have all buffs / debuffs for that target show, and then add filters to those.
As for now, I use the all in one option. I would like to see something like this;
