- use the smaller panel for rarity filters, it has enough room
- added new rarity filters (poor, common, uncommon, rare, epic, legendary, artifact)
- it now correctly shows profession requirement in expanded entry
- changed reset filter setting of faction to false

- corrected some city/pvp faction dummy texts
- removed faction checks in expandEntry function
- changed display function to respect faction filter
pet names have rarity colour after clicking expand all
only show pets with active filters in expand all
