    - Removed support for PetList+ and CE Pets as both are long-defunct. Rewrote pertinent sections so the AddOn can hobble along until I gut ARL's current codebase for a from-scratch rewrite.
    - Bump ToC to 50001
    - Removed AddonLoader support - now LoadOnDemand dependent on Blizzard_PetJournal.

    - Remove Donations.txt from .docmeta
    - Remove Donations.txt
    - Update main page.
