What exactly is wrong?

In the Pets are I see Quests/Unknown - 148542.

It seems to be related to https://www.wowhead.com/npc=148542/proper-parrot#comments

Apparently that pet was never added to the game.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open Collectinator for Pets and look in Acquisition under Quests

Also the Toy (World drop Category) "Waywatcher's Boon" seems to never have been implemented:
