- Use a separate title for the Ignore Runes CD header.
- Add options to control the ignoring of rune cooldowns.
- * Fix issue with some procs not showing up. * Ignore rune CDs for some abilities. * Remove old commented out code for old trinkets.

- Add options to set the height and width for some of the bars.
- Add Layout option to set the x,y coordinates of the main frame.
