    What steps will reproduce the problem?
    1. Go to badge vendor
    2. ??
    3. ConsiderUI lists plate, mail gear I cannot wear

    This will be trickier than I thought to fix because GetItemInfo returns a localized subtype which means that while I could fix it for English clients, others would break.
