CooldownTimers2:
- Changed profiles back to using the default profile
- Changed default skill groups so that traps show up only on Hunters, and shocks show up only on Shamen
- Changed skill cooldowns so that each classes cooldowns only show up when a character of that class is being played
- Last time, please delete all saved variables files.

- Temporarily disabled wfhidden for the collapse options for niagara users.  I have a fix in my tree, but there are other lua errors that come up when using niagara.  For now, don't use niagara to configure CDT, just left click the CDT minimap/fubar icon to get to the gui that is builtin.

- Also reverse the checking for the sort/collapse option so the gap and columns options appear when it is _disabled_
- Also check if the collapse option is nil to prevent lua error, hopefully this fixes the issue
