Unable to configure addon #25

    Hello,

     

    I've installed CooldownButtons (and all dependencies) but I can't bring up a configuration window in any way. It's not in Interface -> Addon, and it's not opening when calling /cdb, /cooldownbuttons or /cdbuttons. Nor does it seem to work very well, only cooldowns inside vehicles seem tracked while none outside are.

    After the release of WoW 8.3.0-CooldownButtons stopped working completely!
