CowTip: Insert a 3-line hack so that Talismonger-3.0 will start recording nodes for Cartographer_Mining/Herbalism/Fishing again when "Hide Immediately" option is used in CowTip_Fade on World Objects or when "Never" or "Out of combat" option is used in CowTip on World Objects for showing tooltips.
