Tooltips over party/raid units not always being displayed #4

    What steps will reproduce the problem?
    1. Form a party or a raid with other players.
    2. Make sure you are not in the same location as them.
    3. Mousehover the party/raid unit frames or mousehover the target unit frames after clicking on their party/raid unit frames.

    What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
    There is no tooltip being displayed for those unit frames that are not in the same location as yours.

    What version of the product are you using?
    CowTip v3.1.1.

    Fixed in 3.1.2.
